Shedfather Warranty Coverage
Valid on all items in the Standard Plus and Alamo Series (10-year) and the Standard Series (3-year).
The Shedfather LLC warrants to the original purchaser that your Shedfather structure is free from defects in material
and workmanship upon delivery. The Shedfather LLC will repair or replace any components that fail to provide reasonable
service under normal use for a period of:
| 10 Years – | Standard Plus and Alamo Series (Alamo Platinum also included) |
| 3 Years – | Standard Series |
| 2 Years – | Finish-out warranty on interior finishing materials and components completed by The Shedfather LLC |
Coverage begins on the original date of purchase.
Important Notes
Finish-out Warranty
Any finish out performed by The Shedfather LLC is covered under a two (2) year finish-out warranty.
Warranty Void Condition
This warranty is void if a building is finished out, modified, or altered by the customer or by any third party. Any
finish out, alteration, or modification performed by the customer or a third party will void the structural warranty in
its entirety.
Alamo Platinum Coverage
For Alamo Platinum buildings, the warranty covers the structural shell only, not the interior finishing or components.
The 10-year coverage applies only to the structure itself and does not extend to any interior finishing materials or
components within the finished-out building.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Any structure that has been finished out, modified, or altered by the customer or by any third party after delivery (including electrical work, insulation, drywall, plumbing, or added structural load)
- Damage caused by fire, flood, water, wind, hail, earthquake, earth movement, vandalism, theft, or any act of God
- The natural behavior of wood, such as splits, warping, twisting, or shrinkage
- Damage resulting from improper installation, neglect, abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance
- Settling, blocking, or leveling issues that occur after installation
- Any installation or reinstallation costs associated with warranty service
Service Procedure
1) Service Request Fee
All service requests are subject to a $50 service fee, payable at the time of scheduling.
2) Inspection & Determination
If a covered defect arises within the applicable warranty period, The Shedfather LLC reserves the right to examine the
product before determining the appropriate corrective action.
3) Resolution
Repair or replacement, as determined by The Shedfather LLC, shall satisfy all warranty obligations. No other warranties,
expressed or implied, extend beyond the terms stated herein.
